After your telephone call this morning, I reviewed your address file. Jeanne Mabusth left a message
for you on February 12, 1997, to inform you that you needed a variance to install a fence at 6' height
along the County Road 191ot line. Your lot is considered a through lot where both the east and west
lot line are considered front yards per Section 10.02, Definitions.
You need to maintain a 30' sight triangle for County Road 19 and Olive Avenue which is shown on
the enclosed survey. The fence ordinance and variance application are enclosed for your review.
The application fee for a variance is $220.00. If you have questions, please call me at 473-7357.
