The as-built appears to generally conform to the intent of the approved plan although additional retaining walls appear
to have been installed.
An inspector should conduct a site visit and confirm the following:
1.The survey accurately depicts conditions on the ground.
2.The site is stabilized to the point the any remaining erosion control can be removed.
3.The retaining walls do not exceed 4 feet in height.

Chris,
I've reviewed the site plan and offer the following comments:
1. Site plan is missing the signature block and signature of whomever prepared it. (Survey Requirement 1.)
2.The plan does not contain an erosion control plan. (Survey Requirement#24.)The plan should be revised to indicate
perimeter erosion control measures(siltfence, biologs,etc.)down gradient from proposed work. Measures must be
installed by the Contractor and inspected by the City prior to any work.Contractor must provide a minimum 24 hour
notice prior to inspection. This could be annotated by hand on the existing plan.

Adam,
Several variances have been granted for 2264 Shadywood Road. The most recent variance(#15-3787, resolution#6560)
was approved with a site plan,that is not signed or dated. As I understand it,the site plan used the as-built survey dated
7-22-2014 from variance#14-3679, resolution#6448. A copy of that survey and resolution are with the building permit
application. I believe the same site plan was submitted with the building permit application. Does this meet our survey
requirements. I've attached a copy of City Code Section 86-68 to the application. Since there is not signature on the site
plan I don't know if the person has the proper accreditations per our code.
