Good morning Rachel. MCES SAC program did not start until January 1, 1973. Any
items you may have listed as ��SAC" paid prior to that date would not be actual MCES
SAC. For the items in your letter:
Please provide documentation of sewer connection prior to 2004. Hennepin County lists
this property being built in 2008 and then with the March 2008 sewer connection permit
and April 2008 building permit, we need verification that there was a sewer connection
to this property prior to the look-back period.
I will prepare and send a letter regarding the other items once I receive the
documentation for the 2264 Shadywood property.
