Dear Mr. Schafer:
It has come to the attention of this department that your property is for sa1e. In researching your
property's history,the City has found that some requirements of your duplex approval have not been
completed. Enclosed is the resolution with the requirements listed. As this resolution is listed on
the chain of title for the property,it will come up in a title search by a potential buyer. These items
aze still valid if the building is used as a duplex.
Please complete the items before December 3, 1997. If you have any questions, feel free to contact
