Dear Mr.Johnsen:
On Friday February 11,201 l I visited the above referenced location to inspect the existing block
foundation.The existing house was in the process of being remodeled and a second story was
going to be built on top of the existing str-ucture.
The existing masonry foundation is structurally adequate to carry the loads of an additional story.
The block showed signs of water penetrating through the wali as various locations,but is still
structurally sound.
My inspection is limited to the supporting foundation only and not the additional framing above.
