Also, the original resolution copies regarding the additional hardcover removal have not been signed by you. Please arrange to sign the three original resolution copies at the City offices (Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30). All persons with an interest in the property must sign the resolutions. Also, please have your contractor call for a final inspection of the addition and conf'umation inspection that the hardcover revisions have been completed. Box 66 Orono, MN 55356 Crystal Bay, MN 55323•0066 April 4, 1995 Ms. Christine Freeman 2240 Shadywood Wayzata, Minnesota 55391 Re: Hardcover Removal Dear Ms. Freeman: On March 24, 1995 a final inspection was conducted on the addition to your home at 2240 Shadywood. The project was found to be complete and in compliance with codes with the exception of hardcover removals required by Resolution #3460. Due to the time of year, the City will grant you until June l, 1995 to complete removals and seed or sod the areas. Enclosed is Resolution #3460 for your review. The inspection staff will be enforcing the conditions as stated in the resolution. If you have any questions or disagreements with the conditions as written, please contact Mike Gaffron prior to June 1, 1995. Thank you for your cooperation.
