I see a final inspection needs to be performed regarding the driveway replacement (Permit#2012-00597). Once a final inspection has been approved, I will start the papervvork to refund the escrow money. All expenditures, including escrow refunds, must be approved by the City Council. I'll have the request ready for the July 23ro Council Meeting.
