Water drainage outo my property is much more significant than before to tlie ponrt where I now <br /> have a lake every time it rains. Immediate c�c�rns are the drain spouts �ti�e North side (East <br /> and West spouts)that dra.in onko my property. T1�ese spouts shauld be directed to force drainage <br /> flow back �to the praperty rather than to my lot. What happenad to the surnp pump below the <br /> fro�t tiled d�eck? It was there before the Parade of Homes. 1 believe that these spouts should be fed <br /> to this sumP purnp as�ea. <br /> 2. Unev� cornour of the abutting land (be�.vvcen our ho�uses). My preferenoe is to have the two <br /> pr�e�ties at equal levels at the lot line. This may mean lowering this property or raising mine or a <br /> combination of bo�h. At o�e point �re is a 6-8" height differea�ce betwcen this property and <br /> mine. <br /> 3. On the 1� line from �e West end of their house to the road, a significant amourn of dirt was <br /> washed arrto my rocks during consauctian wluch have now grown into weeds. I would like this <br /> cleaned up and repaired as it was. <br /> 4. During c�nst�uction,many workers parked�ir cars an my parking by the road. In doing so they <br /> crushed one of my sprinkler hea�ls (several times) a� put heavy tracks on my grass. I ha,ve <br /> replaced tl�e sprinkler head twice myself since they would not c�r�e back and repair it as requested <br /> several times.
