Hi Tom,
Thanks for the information.
When we receive notification from MCWD they are issuing a rip rap permit, we in turn send a letter to the property
owner, copying the contractor, reminding them they are only permitted for rip rap and any additional land alterations
require a permit from the City. So if you could tell me who the contractor is when sending over the permits, it would be
helpful.
Also,when you send me emails, will you also include the property address in the subject line? We search a lot by
address, so if it's included in the subject line, it helps out a lot.
