The signage on the fire truck <br /> violates allowed signage in a residential zone, specifically violating City Code Section 78-1467. The <br /> fire truck also violates the gross vehicle weight limit in the residential zoning district, specifically <br /> violating City Code section 78-1577(3). <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance before <br /> Thursday, September 13, 2012. In order to bring your property into compliance the fire truck must <br /> be removed from the property or stored in an enclosed structure before Thursday, <br /> September 13, 2012. <br /> I have attached the pertinent City Codes for your reference.
