Thank you for the emait. We would be happy to meet with you regarding this and future projects. Before we schedule a
meeting, please have the survey updated to meet all our survey requirements so that our meeting can be as productive
as possible. Specifically,the survey dated 9/17/2014 does not show the average lakeshore setback. Also please have
the hardcover calculations currently shown on the survey reflected on the City's hardcover calculation worksheets.

I received the email,thanks. I have gotten all the survey information you have requested, I would like to set up a meeting with
you to go over our options. This week is crazy with it being a short week for everybody. Whats your schedule like next week?
We are taking the house off the market as of July 1, so cc'ing Ellen Phelps is no longer necessary.
Due to the feed back from the house being listed and not sold,we have decided to do a larger scale remodel, so we can talk
about our options at our meeting.
