Driveways, new or replacement, require a minor land alteration permit (copy attached). According to City Code Section 86-66, it is unlawful to perForm construction activities without first obtaining a permit. A copy of City Code Section 86-66 is attached. All construction activity must stop immediately until a permit is approved and issued. A permit application must be received before Friday, April 27, 2012 at Noon.
