State Building Code. This permit is for only the work described and does
not grant permission for additional or related work which requires separate
permits. All provisions of laws and ordinances governing this type of work

RE: Driveway replacement without a permit
2172 Shadywood Road
City inspectors noted construction activity at 2172 Shadywood Road without the proper permits.
Driveways, new or replacement, require a minor land alteration permit (copy attached).
According to City Code Section 86-66, it is unlawful to perForm construction activities without
first obtaining a permit. A copy of City Code Section 86-66 is attached. All construction activity
must stop immediately until a permit is approved and issued.
A permit application must be received before Friday, April 27, 2012 at Noon. If no permit
application is received, the project will be issued a stop work order. If you have questions

remove, convert, or demolish any building or structure, or any part or portion, including but not
limited to the general construction,plumbing, water well, on-site sewage treatment system, wood
