Dear Ms. Holsten:
I am writing in regards to your property at 2172 Shadywood Road in the City of
Orono, tax parcel number 17-117-23-42-0010. Several complaints have been
filed with this office concerning that abandoned nature of the property. Staff from
this office have been otrt to the property to verify the concerns of the
complainants. It has been determined that a violation of the city ordinance does
eaist.
I am requesting that the fairly large pile of junl:/debris be removed from the
driveway/road side area of the property. The other issues of failing down
buildings and wild animals living in and around the structures proved to be false.
If the pile of debris is removed by August 12, 2005 I will consider this matter
closed.
