On the survey submitted, date 2-16-2011, Staff noted a third garage stall <br /> and an area called "drain rock on dirt"which were not approved with Resolution No. 5932. Staff has <br /> since observed a new wall constructed to close up the third garage stall with an appearance similar to <br /> the remaining two garage doors. This resolves the issue, however it will be noted on the certificate of <br /> occupancy that a third garage stall is not and will not be approved. <br /> • Hardcover (Drain Rock on Dirt) <br /> During your conversation with Melanie in February, she informed you that the drain rock on dirt must be <br /> removed. It is not in compliance with the approved plan. Please submit an updated As-Built survey <br /> and hardcover calculations following its removal. <br /> • Vegetative Buffer <br /> Resolution 5932, requires submittal of plans for a native shoreline vegetative buffer. Exhibit A of this <br /> Resolution notes the required planting area. This requirement was also noted on building permit 2010- <br /> 00336.
