Attached is the as-built survey for 2172 Shadywood Road. The vegetative buffer
square footage is less than what was approved by resolution number 5932, but
Melanie Curtis approved as is. Please review the attached information and
provide comments by Monday, July 18, 2011.

The curb stop was hit by landscapers and is not operable at this time. Please do not grant a CO till this is fixed. I spoke
with the general and he told landscapers they needed to fix curb stop and they will be calling me when they plan to
repair curb stop.
