This office has received a complaint concerning the unkempt status of the lawn. The city code requires that the lawn be maintained and mowed/trimmed when the grass becomes 6 inches or longer. I have included a copy of city code section 58-1 that states an owner's responsibility for the up keep of private property. If the lawn is not maintained as per the code, the city does have the right to hire a private company to do the work and bill you.
