It appears that the concrete area to be removed by the lake turned into a block wall. Just guessing, but there may have been a boat house there with a block foundation that is now being used as a retaining wall. I don't think that this was expected and probably should be field reviewed. We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: • The as-built plan shows the addition of two steel retaining walls on the roadside of the house. • The as-built plan shows a concrete block wall near the shoreline. This area was shown as'�concrete to be removed"and it was indicated that this area was to be restored in the approved grading plans. • The driveway is shown as gravel and the original plan calis for concrete. • We recommend a field visit review the site drainage changes and the concrete block wall at the shoreline.
