� During a routine inspection by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD)
��S��� staff at the above mentioned locationt the following violations of permit appllcation
rww.minnehahs�xeek.o� #01-338 were observed and recorded on Jur�e 28, 2002:
• Silt fence was not maintained in several spots on the site
The MCWD requires that the permit holder take the following action: �
