RE: Deck Construction at 2056 Shadywood Road
Dear Ms . Kelly:
On December 10, 1990 , the City Council approved a variance to
construct a deck on your property. On April 9, 1991, a building
permit was issued. Conditions of the variance included a
deadline date of May 1, 1991 for hardcover removal. As of this
date, the hardcover removal or deck revisions have not been
inspected.
The City now. must require you to call for these inspections
before August 9, 1991. If you have any questions or if you have
a problem meeting this deadline, please feel free to contact me
at my office.
