located above the floodplain they don't trigger the MCWD Floodplain Alteration rule.

One quick question... Last summer we had some issues with replacement boathouses (after the fact floodplain
permitting/verification, etc). I just wanted to make sure this one wouldn't have that issue.

NQW, THERFORE BE IT RESQLVED that the Orono City Council hereby
approves this amendment to Resolution No. 6581 by allowing the roof line to be reoriented per
the revised plans attached hereto as Ezhibit A, subject to the following conditions:
1. Gutters shall be installed along ihe south roof line of the detached garage to direct
runaff to the front or rear of the garage and av►�ay from the neighboring lot line ta the
immediate south.
2. All other provisions of Resolution No. 6581 shall remain in full force and effect as if
contained herein.
3. Authorities graated by this Resolution run with the Property not with the Owners,but
are permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a building permit for the
project and commencing constivetion of said pmject within on�e year of the date of
the original Council approval of Resolution No. 6581, ar the variances will expire on
that date(February 8, 20l 7).
4. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of' this
resolution shall constitute a violataon of the zoning code, shall autamatically
terminate any authority granted herein,and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor.
5. The undersigned Owners have read, understand and hereby agree ta the terms of this
resolution and on behalf of the Owners and the Ovmers' heirs, successors and assigns,
hereby agree to the recording ofthis resolution in the chain of title af the Property.
