Staff conducted a preliminary review based on the information provided and requests the following items be submitted or revised in order for your application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: 1. Certificate of Survey. a. The copy of the survey submitted(dated 12-16-2015)is not to scale,is not si�ned by the surveyor,and does not match the scope of the project submitted as the grading and stair changes are not shown. b. Show the location of the erosion control measures to be installed. c. Calculate and show the proposed amount of earth movement within 75 feet of the Ordinary High Water Level(OHWL). d. A fire pit is shown from 2015 Hennepin County Aerial Photos; however it is not shown on the survey. Please clarify. Please provide two copies of an updated, full-size certificate of survey which meets all of the City's survey standards(enclosed)which includes the landscape plan. The survey and landscape plan should match. 2. Landscape Plan. The landscape plan submitted is too light to be legible. It is also in two separate pieces. Please provide two full-size copies of the landscape plan showing grade elevations and details of the proposed changes to the grade and step/stairs. Detailed and complete landscape plans may be used in place of an updated survey provided they are signed by a licensed professional. An as-built survey and hardcover calculations will be required following completion of all projects on this property prior to the return of escrow money.
