Hello,
I hope I have the right department and if I don't I hope you can direct me in the right direction.
I'm considering purchasing this property but it has two big problem. 1) it only has a single car garage and I
can't see that working for my wife and I if we move back to the cold from Las Vegas. 2) the single car garage is
seriously about 8-10' from one of the busiest roads around, on a blind comer.
I understand you have "hard cover" regulations about adding another garage space but I would like to make
the house live able and at the same time safer for us and our neighbors as we pull backwards out of the
garage on to a big street.
Can you tell me who I could talk to about my options before I make such a large investment?
