Gutters shall be installed alang the s�uth roof line oi'the detached garage to dircct runaff io the front or rear af the garage and away from the neighbnring lot line to the immedaate south. 2. Ail other provisions of Resolution No. 6581 shall remain in full force and effect as if containal herein. 3. Authorities�ted by this Resolution run with the Property not with the Owners, but are permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a building permit for the project and commencing constniction of said project within one year of the date of the original Council approval of Resolution No. 6581, or the variancxs will expire on that date(Februar3� 8, 2017). 4. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this resalution shall con�titute a violation of the zoning code, shall automaiically terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor, S.
