Staff conducted a preliminary review based on the information provided and recommends the following items be submitted or revised in order for your application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: 1. Certificate of Survey. Our engineer has reviewed the survey submitted and has the following comments: a. Care should be taken when finalizing the grade on the north side of the home to ensure additional surface run off is not directed toward the neighboring property. b. The erosion control measures must be installed and inspected by a city inspector before any earthwork commences.The applicant must provide a minimum 24 hour notice prior to inspection. c. The top of foundation elevation is noted on the survey. Please have the surveyor show the location on the perimeter of the foundation where this elevation is in reference to. This same spot should be noted and referenced on the foundation as-built survey when submitted for approval. 2. Landscape Plan. Prior to the issuance of the building permit a landscape plan must be submitted showing all the proposed exterior/landscaping improvements,i.e. patios,grading,sidewalks,retaining walls,etc. The plan should include the name of the individual perForming the work. The landscape plan should match what is shown on the survey. If the survey shows all the proposed landscaping, please confirm. If there are any proposed patios,sidewalks,retaining walls,etc.proposed and not shown on the survey,please have the survey updated and submit two copies for our review. 3.
