I also was at the property a second time to meet with Steve Bennett from the MN Dept.of Health. It was determined that the well is in a crawl space and was not accessible for abandonment. A variance was applied For and granted,Variance#5102,stating that when the well bocomes accessible the well will have to be abandoned per MN Dept of Health c.ode by a licensed well contractor.
