Since that time several letters have been sent regarding the urlicensed/inoperable vehicles. Each time you requested more time due to various hardships. As of this date, there has been no progress in the removal, licensing or repair of these vehicles. I feel the City has been more than cooperative and has provided you ampie time to bring your property into compliance. Therefore, there will be no more extensions granted and deadlines ignored. The City must require you to remove the vehicles or make them licensed and operable before March 21, 1994. If by that date all vehicles on the property are not in compliance, the City will proceecl with a formal complaint and you will be required to appear before a judge to resolve the matter.
