C. Nothing has changed � since that date, i.e. standards have not changed, the property has not changed. The f lood insurance rate map for this location is questionable in my opinion because it does not show the established developed shoreline in its actual configuration, which is more accurately represented by the Hennepin County plat map (attached). The flood insurance map suggests a channel width of 250' or more, when in actuality it is approximately 40'. We do not have information on file for this property which would verify the relationship between the house and the actual 931.5' contour line, which defines the upper boundary of the flood plain. , Sincerely, � � Michael P. Using the information submltted and the effective National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) map, we have determined that the structure(s) on the property(ies) is/are not located in the SFHA, an area inundated by the flood having a 1-percent chance ot being equaled or exceeded in any given year (base flood). This document amends the effective NFIP map to remove the subject property from the SFHA located on the effective NFIP map; therefore, the Federal mandatory flood insurance requirement does not apply. However, the lender has the option to continue the flood insurance requirement to protect its financial risk on the loan. A Preferred Risk Policy (PRP) is available for buildings located outside the SFHA. Information about the PRP and how one can apply is endosed.
