Dear Ms. Dawson: �
As you may be aware access to your property is accross a
service road that is on Hennepin County right-of-way.
The service road has been posted no parking for quite some
time.
This became a problem recently when a neighbor, Mr. David
Bie 1910 Shadywood Road had company whose vechicles were parked
in the no parking area and consquently received parking tickets.
Mr. Bie requested information regarding the possibility of
vacating the right-of-way, therefore a 1 lowing the adjacent
property owners to regulate its use.
I have contacted Hennepin County and have been informed that
the right-of-way can be vacated and turned back to the individual
homeowners.
If you are interested in pursueing this please let me know
as it is necessary that all affected property owners concur.
