Dear Mr. Fehresti& Halimeh Mousavinasab:
I am writing in regards to your property on Shoreline Drive in Orono,tax parcel number 10-117-23-42-
0017.This Office has received a complaint about the renting of dock space. I noticed three similarly
sized watercraft tied/moored to the dock. This is an indication that dock space is potentially being
rented.
The City of Orono's Municipal Code does not allow for the renting of dock space. If you are renting dock
space please discontinue the practice. If this Office receives any additional complaints regarding this,
further investigation will be made.
