The property addressed 1890 Shadywood Road is located in the LR-1C zoning district. Attached is our information sheet
on fences on lakeshore lots.
Also attached is a copy of a survey for 1880 Shadywood Road, showing a portion of the subject property, 1890. I've
indicated in color the allowed fence heights in the various areas along the northerly property line.
