You stated that you would paint over it with a color that matches the <br /> fence or remove it by some other means. As of this date, the paint remains. <br /> Your failure to resolve this issue leaves the City no alternative but to issue citations and refer <br /> the matter to the City Attorney for further legal action. Action will be withheld until March 1, <br /> 1993. If at that time you have failed to comply, legal action will be taken.
