After examining the storm damaged tree on the northeast corner of Doug SeabolYs
property it is my recommendation that the tree needs to be removed as soon as possible
to prevent further damage in the event of another storm.

I am agreeing as the own�r�of 1800 ShadywoodRoac�to replace the damaged
tree in the northeast corner of my property with a tree of at least 3 inches in
diameter after the damaged tree is removed.
