Re: Zoning Violations - 1795 Shadywood Road, Orono
Dear Mr. Pilgram:
The City has received complaints about the appearance of your property
at 1785 Shadywood Road. A site inspection conducted on June 8, 1992
revealed the following zoning code violations:
1) Storage of fish house and boat in front yard violation of
Orono Mun. Code Section 10.60, Subd. 13.
2) Refuse around garbage can - violation of Orono Mun. Code
Section 9.55, Subd. 1.
3 ) Use of small dumpster as garbage can - violation of 9.02,
Subd. 2 (A) .
Please take action to remove the above zoning code violations before
June 22, 1992. If this deadline is not met, the City may issue
citations. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me
