Dear Mr. Oman:
This letter is to confirm our telephone conversation this
date regarding the removal of a fence and brush on
property, which we own, located at the corner of Shadywood
Road and Fagerness Point Road in Orono.
As stated in our conversation Mr. Finkelstein and I agree
for the City of Orono to remove the fence and any brush
that interferes with safety of traffic on the corner.
Further, this removal will be at no cost to Mr.
Finkelstein or myself.
