Dear Mrs. Finn:
The Accounting office has advised the Zoning Department that
you questioned the two sewer units charged against your property.
The zoning records reveal that a second residential unit,
referred to as a cottage, exists on your propert� and has also
been assigned a separate address of 1642 Shadywoo8 Road. It
would appear from the records that this use has existed since the
1960's if not earlier.
The files have no record of your written notice advising of
the discontinuance of the second residential unit on the
progerty. If you wish the proFerty re-classified under a single
sewer unit service, Flease contact my office so that I can
arrange for the required inspection by the Building Department.
The Building inspector wil 1 inspect the former cottage structure
to confirm that the residence no longer functions as an
independent residential unit (i.e. no plumbing, heating, etc.).
Please contact my office if you have any further questions
on this matter and contact either Jeanne Mabusth or Thomas Jacobs
(473-7357) for the required inspection.
