) CERTIFICATE OF TRUST
COUNTY OF HENNEPIN )
The undersigned, being first duly sworn on oath, say that:
1. They are the grantors of the W. & M. DOCHERTY LIVING TRUST, dated September 06,
2017 (hereinafter referred to as the "Trust").
2. The names of the grantors of the Trust are WARREN G. DOCHERTY and MARY E.
DOCHERTY.
3. The names of each original trustee of the Trust are WARREN G. DOCHERTY and MARY
E. DOCHERTY.
4. The name and address of trustees empowered to act under the trust at the time of execution of
this certificate are:
WARREN G. DOCHERTY and MARY E. DOCHERTY

Orono, MN 55356
5. Homestead Tax Treatment
a. The property legally described on Exhibit"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof
(the "Propert�') is claimed as homestead far Minnesota property tax purposes and is
located at 2540 Sandstone Lane, Orono, MN 55356.
b. The persons entitled to be treated as the owners of the Property are WARREN G.
DOCHERTY and MARY E. DOCHERTY because (i) they are the occupants of the
Property and the grantors of the Trust and(ii) the Trust remains unconditionally
revocable during the lifetime of WARREN G. DOCHERTY and MARY E.
DOCHERTY and a revocation of the Trust would cause legal title to the Property to
revest in WARREN G. DOCHERTY and MARY E. DOCHERTY as grantars of the
Trust.
c. Article Four, Section l.a of the Trust contains the following provisions:
During our joint lifetimes, our Trustee shall pay to, or apply for, the benefit of a
Trustor all or such part of the income and principal of such Trustor's respective
Contributive Share as such Trustor may direct.
6. The trustees are authorized by the trust to sell, convey,pledge, mortgage, lease or transfer
title to any interest in real or personal property, except as limited by the following: NONE.
7. The Trust reserved in the grantors the right to revoke or terminate the Trust. As of the date
hereof, the grantors have not terminated or revoked the Trust.
8. The grantors represent that the statements contained in this Certificate of Trust are true and
correct and that there are no other provisions in the Trust that limit the powers of the trustees
to sell, convey,pledge, mortgage, lease, or transfer title to interests in real or personal
property.

The undersigned makes this Certificate of Trust in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota
Statute Section 501 B.56 for the purposes of selling, conveying,pledging, rnortgaging, leasing or
transfemng title to any interest in real or personal property, including but not lunited to the
Property.
