I've reviewed the subject as builts and offer the following comments: -
Administrative details:
1. The top and bottom elevations of retaining walls should be called out per the City Survey standards.
2. The legend lists some of the retaining walls a proposed. I believe they are no longer proposed but actually
built. The legend or the symbology on the survey should be revised.
Substantive details:
3. Overall the as builts appear to be in keeping with the approved plan. An Inspector should conduct a site visit to
confirm the survey accurately depicts the conditions on the ground.
