Most of this area would be better served with the mulch especially next to our building Leaving a relatively small common area which could use sod. There is an agreement in place regarding the area directly in front of Mr. Klang's third stall which I don't want to interfere with at this time. I believe we could add some mulch and possibly some sod without affecting that agreement. It looks like we have some extra mulch on one of the other fots which we could move over there sooner than later. When you are replacing the sod at 709 Sandstone Circle would you also install sod in the common area ONLY south of 673 Sandstone Circle? I have the area noted on the attached survey. Thank you. When the funds for the outstanding escrows and reimbursements for the swale and curb replacement are ready for disbursement I will bring in a check for the curb stop repair at 681 Sandstone Cir. The overflow elevation is depicted as proposed. That proposed elevation should be removed from the survey. 2. The driveway to the southeast is listed as "per p/ans". It should be depicted as existing. 3. The catch basin on Sandstone Circle is listed as approximate location. The actual location of the catch basin should be shown along with the actual elevation. (Survey Requirement#9) A copy of the as-built survey is attached, noting the above. When a site visit was made it is noted there is an area that is missing sod/vegetation (shown on attached as-built survey). Once the area has been established with vegetation, please advise and we will perform another site inspection. We will not refund the escrow money until the area has been vegetated and inspected. Also, please note the existing retaining wall on the southwest corner of the property is failing/has failed. Please work with the Stonebay HOA to correct the unsafe conditions.
