The as-built appears to conform to the intent of the approved/revised plans.An inspector should conduct a site visit and
confirm the following:
1.The survey accurately depicts conditions on the ground.
2.The site is stabilized to the point the any remaining erosion control can be removed.
3.The drainage patterns depicted have been established.

I've finally been able to work through this permit. See the attached sheets and sketches. There are a few problems
that need to be solved:
1. Survey indicates one continuous driveway serving three units. Approved Development Landscape Plan shows
three individual driveways with green space&trees between driveways. Revise survey to match the approved
plan.
2. Show on the survey the retaining wall between 660 and the future triple to the east of it. If wall is not proposed,
I will want something from HOA saying it's OK not to build it.
3. Identify other proposed retaining walls shown on the Approved Development Landscape Plan to the north and
west of 662 and 664. If these are not needed or not going to be installed, I need some authorization from the
HOA for that revision from the master plan.

` 4. Comparing the airphoto to the master plan, it seems like the original developer placed the rear sidewalk system
about 77 feet from the south leg of Sandstone Circle rather than the 86 feet it was shown on the landscape
master plan. This places that existing sidewalk right at the NE corner of the deck on 660. On the survey,show
the existing sidewalk system north of 660-662-664 and define whether you need to relocate parts of it to not
conflict with 660.
Otherwise I don't have any zoning issues with the units themselves. I will hand them off to Roger for building plan
review.
