Subject: 585 Sandhill Water
Gentlemen,
I wanted to reach out and make sure you were aware that the water lateral/curb stop servicing 585 Sandhill was
damaged during construction. Our Utility Supervisor inspected yesterday. The damage will need to be repaired and re-
inspected prior to approval of the connection. Please coordinate repair efforts with the city, (952) 249-4600, so we can
get the water main shut off during the repairs and re-inspect once they are completed.
We do strongly recommend you mark and protect the curb stops on your other sites in order to avoid the damage and
associated expense of the repairs.
