Dear Mr. Bieganski:
I am writing in regards to the above addressed property,tax parcel number 27-118-23-34-
0007. This office has received a complaint that you have started a dock structure without
a building permit. City of Orono Code requires a building permit be issued for the first
dock,temporary or permanent,that is placed on the property. If you are currently
working on a dock or planning on a dock, you must submit an application to the city
along with the structure drawn on certificate of survey.
If you have already started the structure then please apply for the permit by May 2, 2007.
