John,
The permit noted above is for a pool and pool house which disturbed the buffer for the wetland on the
property.
We have a signed escrow agreement, but I don't see any notes that you've inspected the site.
I do not have a signed wetland buffer easement from Richard and Britt Gage (the owners at the time the
permit was puiled), but there is one in the file for previous owners Timothy and Gayle DeVries.
Please let me know what your notes indicate and our next step.

Looks like one more- sorry for delay. Is the wetland buffer easement from the DeVries easy to copy and e-mail. I would
like to review it if possible. I anticipate if the buffer easement covers what is needed and stays with the property it does
not matter if it is under the DeVries.�
