Steven and Susan Wilson 325 Brown Road South Long Lake,MN 55356 Re: 2150 Abingdon Way-Vacant Lot Deaz NIr. &Mrs. Wilson: Per your request, Septic Systems Inspector Chris Pence has reviewed the soil testing information submitted when the plat of Abingdon Glen was created in the eazly 1980's. Chris has confirmed that the depth to mottling described in that test report appears accurate, and therefore suitable for trench or at-grade drainfield systems so that a mound is likely not necessary under current codes. We should note that no system design was required at the time of the original subdivision,and that such a design will have to be submitted for approval at the time of application for building permit. The dry-buildable area of this lot after the recent lot line rearrangement,was confirmed to�be at least 2.0 acres by Otto and Associates at the time the rearrangement was approved, meeting the 2-acre minimum of the RR-1B zone. It appeazs that a home can be suitably sited on the lot meeting required setbacks.
