Once all the permits have passed inspections, please contact Lyle Oman, Building Official to request a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy(TCO). Per our conversation, attached is a copy of the TCO Escrow Agreement for 2325 Glendale Cove Lane. The City currently holds$2,500 in escrow, please submit an additional $7,500 along with the signed agreement. We will need the signed escrow agreement and the money prior to release of the TCO. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
