Thank you for stopping by the office yesterday. Once all the permits have passed inspections, please contact Lyle Oman,
Building Official to request a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy(TCO).
Per our conversation, attached is a copy of the TCO Escrow Agreement for 2325 Glendale Cove Lane. The City currently
holds$2,500 in escrow, please submit an additional $7,500 along with the signed agreement. We will need the signed
escrow agreement and the money prior to release of the TCO.
