LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 117 North,
Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast
corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence westerly along the south line
of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 289.00 feet; thence north-
westerly, deflecting right 63 degrees 48 minutes a distance of 216.00 feet; thence northerly to a
point in the north line of the south five-eighths of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
distant 565.00 feet west from the Northeast corner of said South five-eighths; thence easterly to
said Northeast corner; thence south along the East line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter to the point of beginning.
This survey shows the boundaries of the above described property, the location of an existing
house, garage, shed and driveway thereon, and the proposed location of a proposed house
