The rights of individual on whom the data is stored or to be stored shall be as set forth in this section. Subd.2. Inform�tion required to be given individual.An individual asked to supply private or confidential data conceming himselfshall be informed of (a)the purpose and intended use of the requested data within the collecting state agency,political subdivision,or statewide system;(b) whether he may refuse or is legally required to supply the requested data;(c)any known consequence arising from his supplying or refusing to supply private or confidential data;and(d)the identity of other persons or entities authorized by state or federal law to receive the data.T'his requirement shall not apply when an individual is asked to supply investigative data,pursuant to section 13.82,subdivision 5,to a law enforcement officer. We have the following preliminary comments with regards to engineering matters: • The plans state that the existing contours are from "City Maps". With this property being surrounded by wetland on three sides and Brown Road on the other side, the contours shown provide enough detail to evaluate the site grading. • It is our understanding that the alternate driveway to Fox Street is no longer being considered. • The plans should clarify the location and width of the proposed driveway entrance to Brown Road South. • The proposed erosion control should be installed prior to any work on site. • These plans should be submitted to the county for review and approval of the access to Brown Road. • John Smyth will perform a site visit to review wetland buffers once a delineation report and MCWD acceptance letter is available.
