The 5/23/08 indicated that one site ( primary site ) could support a standard mound system and the alternate site would need An Other System installed due to fact that fill soils were encounter in the soil borings in this area . See the report dated 5/23/08 for the report and the design for a 4 bedroom home mound system for the primary site on this lot. The house was not staked out when the percolation and soil borings were done on 5/20/08. Therefore when the house was staked out in July of 2008, the actual house location moved approximately 60 ft. The three soil borings indicated the following results; Sail Boring 4A Mottied soil at 24 inches and no standing water Soil Boring SA " " " 13 inches " " " " Soil Boring 6A " " " 20 inches " " " " The average percolation ra.te was 36.1 rixin/in. Therefore with the above information a standard mound system could be installed in tlus alternate site if needed in the future. However the system that was design for the prunary site on 5/23/08 should be used for this house and the new alternate site should be designated as a futyire site. Both sites must be �oped off�o prevent construction traffic from compacting the soil which wi`1 result in ruining the sites .
