Re: Zoning and Sewer Status of 549/559 Russell Avenue
Dear Mr. McAlpin:
Per our discussion at the City Offices on Apri126, I would offer the following comments:
1. The zoning status memo (attached) from Hank Muhich dated August 10, 1976 and Resolution
No. 1195 (attached) still accurately reflect the zoning status of the property.
2. The property was assessed for two sewer units when the sewer was installed in the early
1980's. That assessment has been paid off for many years.
3. The property currently receives two quarterly sewer service charges because there are two
dwelling units on the property. If one of the dwelling units is removed or otherwise made non-
habitable (i.e. removal of plumbing) the quarterly sewer service charge would be reduced to
one unit.
