District, requiring 2 acres minimum lot area and 200' minimum lot width.
The subject property contains approximately 18,506 square feet or 0.425 acres and 100'
in width along Russell based on Hennepin County records.
Should the principal residence structure on the property be 100% destroyed, variances to
lot area and lot width would be required in order to replace the structure.
