TYPE OF REQUEST: 480 Russell Avenue - Comprehensive Plan Amendment—MUSA

The Orono City Council voted on a motion to adopt Resolution No. 6580 Approving
Amendment#3 of the 2008-2039 City of Orono Community Management Plan.
VOTE TO APPROVE: 4 FOR 0 AGAINST
The property at 480 Russell Avenue is now within the Metropolitan Urban Service Area and is
eligible to be connected to the municipal sewer. A copy of the approval resolution is
attached for your records.
The following fees will be due at the time your contractor obtains a sewer connection permit:
- City of Orono Sewer Connection Charge (Minnetonka Bluffs) $14,510.00
- Metropolitan Council Sewer Availability Charge (SAC) $ 2,485.00
- Sewer Connection Permit $ 50.00
